What is your returns policy?

Our curtains are made from the highest quality fabric by a team of experts to your specifications. Once made our products are suitable only to you and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned. So please make sure that your measurements are accurate and that you have ordered a swatch to ensure you are happy with the fabric ahead of ordering.

Returns of Made to Measure products cannot be accepted unless there is a fault with the product. If there is then email us and we'll sort it out.

Can I cancel my order?

I'm sorry but it is not possible to amend or cancel your order once it has been placed.

Made to measure goods are excluded from The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the 7 day cancellation rights do not apply.

I have a problem with my item. What about your three year guarantee?

Our curtains are made from the highest quality fabrics by a team of experts to your specifications. Our 3 year guarantee means that we will replace or repair any curtains or blinds that have a manufacturing defect. There are some transparent and straightforward limitations to our guarantee. They are:

  • Incorrect measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance.
  • Accidents, misuse or deliberate damage.
  • Fitting in a non-domestic environment or outdoors.
  • Normal wear, tear and fading.

If you discover a problem with your item that is not as a result of the above then email us and we'll sort it out.

The legal bits:

This guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Curtain Drop be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages of for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. This guarantee does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable national laws in force.
