Where’s my order?

Sign in to your account for information on the status of your order. If your order says "completed" then we have despatched it from our factory.

If you have ordered a Made to Measure item then you should be able to see a carrier tracking link. If for some reason it has not arrived but the tracking says it should have then please contact UK Mail who can investigate where your parcel is.

Swatches are sent out by Royal Mail second class post and may take up to a week to arrive. These are not trackable.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your made to order items will be despatched within 10 working days and is sent out by a next day delivery courier. Please note that Saturday and Sunday's are not working days in the factory. We believe everyone deserves a weekend!

Swatches will be posted out the next working day by second class post. Postie normally takes 3-5 days to deliver them.

What is your returns policy?

Our curtains are made from the highest quality fabric by a team of experts to your specifications. Once made our products are suitable only to you and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned. So please make sure that your measurements are accurate and that you have ordered a swatch to ensure you are happy with the fabric ahead of ordering.

Returns of Made to Measure products cannot be accepted unless there is a fault with the product. If there is then email us and we'll sort it out.

Will I be able to track my order?

When we despatch your made to measure items we'll send you an email with a tracking link.

Swatches are sent out by second class post and are not tracked.

Do you offer fabric samples?

We do! You may order up to 6 swatches for free. Extra swatches cost just 50p each. Just use promo code 6free in the basket.

Swatches will be posted out the next working day (Monday - Friday) by second class post.

Do you offer a measuring service?

I'm afraid we don't. But our simple measuring guides should help you get the measurements you'll need when ordering.

Do you offer a fitting service?

I'm afraid not. But our hanging instructions are quite straight-forward.

When I order multiple metres of a fabric will it come in one piece?
Can I choose a date for delivery?

You can for made to order items. During checkout you can choose a date of your choice. The earliest date available to choose will be 10 working days in the future.

When you select a nominated day of delivery we will send your order out the day before your chosen date on a next day delivery service.

Can I cancel my order?

I'm sorry but it is not possible to amend or cancel your order once it has been placed.

Made to measure goods are excluded from The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the 7 day cancellation rights do not apply.
